Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WOXTUR provides software for engineering execution businesses and the people who work with them — enquiries, quotations, orders, visits, service and breakdown calls, purchasing, documents, accounting and GST records, and related tools. Features differ by the type of account and may change over time.

Each business on the Service acts on its own account. Its contracts with its customers, suppliers and partners, its prices, its tax filings and the work it delivers are its own responsibility, unless WOXTUR has separately agreed in writing to take on a specific obligation.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password, one-time codes and backup codes secret. Each login is for one person only.
• Tell us immediately at support@woxturnetworks.com if you suspect someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and under the seats you create for your team.

You must not:

• break any law, or use the Service for fraud or to mislead anyone;
• try to access another company's data, another person's account, or any part of the Service you are not authorised to use;
• probe, scan, attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
• upload malware, or content you have no right to share;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through a connected mailbox;
• misuse the WOXTUR name, logo or network to deal with customers or partners in bad faith.

You keep ownership of the information and files you put into the Service. You give WOXTUR permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share the information you enter, including details of your customers and contacts.

If you connect a third-party service, such as a Gmail account, you authorise WOXTUR to access it only as described when you connect it and in the Privacy Policy. That service's own terms also apply. You can disconnect it at any time.

Links to other websites, such as your bank's official website, are provided for convenience. WOXTUR does not control those websites and is not responsible for them.

Some parts of the Service are paid. Fees, billing periods and taxes are set out in your plan or order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is added as applicable.

The Service, its software, design, and the WOXTUR name and logo belong to WOXTUR. These Terms do not give you any right to them other than to use the Service.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Documents, calculations and GST figures produced by the Service are based on the information you enter; check them before you issue or file them. To the extent the law allows, WOXTUR gives no other warranties.

To the extent the law allows, WOXTUR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. WOXTUR's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid WOXTUR for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service, other users or WOXTUR at risk. Where possible we will tell you first. After closure, we keep records only as the law requires, as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
